When is the RSVP deadline?
November 1st, 2025. Unfortunately, if we do not hear from you until then, we will assume you will be unable to join us!
What is the attire?
Dust off your finest dark suits and fanciest dresses for a fun formal evening! Black-tie optional
What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?
During your RSVP, you will be able to include any dietary information along with your preferred food choice. The reception venue will be able to confirm day-of.
What are the meal options?
Braised Beef Short Rib, Grilled Chicken Statler, Cranberry Almond Salmon, and Eggplant Parmesan Napoleon.
Is the ceremony held somewhere different than the reception?
Yes! If you are unable to attend the ceremony - hosted at Sacred Heart Church in New Britain - we hope to still see you at the reception in Hartford! Review the schedule for times as needed.
Will there be plus ones?
At this time, we will only allow plus ones in accordance to the names listed on the invitation.
Will there be free parking?
Yes, parking at the ceremony and the reception will be free of charge for our guests. Please use the Propark Parking Lot on 84 Asylum Street. At the gate entrance, pull a ticket and keep it safe. You may enter the venue through the wooden doors on Pratt Street. Handicap accessible entrances are the doors on the side of the building. You will be given a parking voucher upon entering the Society venue. To exit, insert the ticket, then the voucher.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes of course! During the cocktail hour beer and wine will be hand served as well as the open bar. A champagne toast will take place during dinner. For the remainder of the evening we will host a full open bar.
